Information to UGB Shareholders on Unclaimed Dividends
In accordance with the Bahrain Bourse’s Resolution No. 3 of 2020, all unclaimed dividend balances due to the shareholders of United Gulf Bank B.S.C. when it was a listed company, have been transferred to Bahrain Clear Company.
We request all shareholders who wish to receive their unclaimed dividends, to fill the E-Dividend form and submit it to Bahrain Clear along with the required documents.

- Required Documents
- The original and a copy of the individual’s valid National Identification Card (CPR, National Identification Card or any other equivalent document).
- The Original and a copy of the individual’s valid passport.
- In case of representative, attach a copy of power of attorney certified by a notary public. If you are from outside Bahrain then certify your power of attorney from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country.
- In case of representative or guardian, attach a copy of representative’s valid Identification Card and passport.
- An Investor account with Bahrain Clear must be opened prior to the submission of the application form. If applicant has an existing Investor Number with Bahrain Clear, proof of such must be given to Bahrain Clear.
- A copy of your bank statement or any other validation of the IBAN
